As we continue to monitor the global health pandemic, we wanted to provide you and your clients an update on upcoming sailings departing from the U.S. and Europe between now and May 2021. This includes news of MSC Seaside joining MSC Grandiosa for sailings in the Mediterranean as well as cancellations of upcoming sailings that impact your U.S. clients.
MSC Seaside to Join MSC Grandiosa Sailing in the Mediterranean
Today we were pleased to announce that starting May 1, 2021, MSC Seaside will become our second ship to restart in the Mediterranean, as she joins our flagship, MSC Grandiosa, with a brand-new itinerary.
MSC Seaside will perform 7-night cruises calling Genoa, Valletta in Malta and Civitavecchia with two first time ports of call – Siracusa in Sicily and Taranto in Puglia.
Similar to MSC Grandiosa, MSC Seaside will implement, for the protections of its guests and crew, MSC Cruises’ industry-leading health and safety protocol, including universal testing at embarkation as well as mid-cruise, weekly testing of crew, social distancing, the wearing of masks in public areas, only protected shore excursions as well as enhanced deep sanitation and ongoing cleaning procedures.
