We would like to advise you of an upcoming change regarding our travel documentation policy.
Following a successful trial for our guests in Europe, all guests (and their Travel Advisor if applicable) with bookings for sailings commencing after June 1, 2023, will now receive travel documentation via email approximately 21 days prior to sailing.
While guests are welcome to print and carry paper documentation, they can also embark Regent ships with digital documentation presented on smart devices, such as mobile phones or tablets.
Please note, instead of the current hard copy travel documentation the following will now be sent directly to guests, by traditional mail, approximately 45 days prior to departure:
Welcome letter with information on how to manage your booking and prepare for your voyage, including website links to downloadable travel documentation.
Luggage tags indicating your deck number to attach to your belongings once you have arrived at the embarkation port.
Loyalty luggage tags will be awarded onboard along with Seven Seas Society pins to celebrate the achievement of reaching a new tier level.
Should you have any questions, please contact your Travel Advisor or Regent Seven Seas Cruises’ Reservation Department at the phone numbers below.
Eight islands in 14 days on the beautiful Majestic Princess. We were impressed with the friendliness of the crew. Great and fun entertainment. I love game shows -mostly to watch-and they had the best venue for it in Princess Live. I want to do this fantastic itinerary again! St. Maarten, St. Kitts, Martinique, St. Lucia, Barbados, Trinidad, Aruba, Curaçao.
In March of 2024, I took a cruise aboard the Scarlet Lady, the first ship in the Virgin Voyages fleet, Here is my quick review of that cruise and ship!
