It is our privilege to announce the opening of the 2024 Europe season! Our 2024 Europe program will be featuring the following ships and itineraries:
The Rotterdam will homeport in Rotterdam, Netherlands and will be sailing on 7-29 day voyages. The 7-day Norse Legends and Viking Sagas return and will include more Scotland and Norway port content. We are continuing to sail on some of our signature itineraries Jewels of the Baltic, Northern Isles, and the Midnight Sun.
The Nieuw Statendam will have a split season between the Mediterranean and Northern Europe. Itineraries range from 7-35 days. New in 2024 we are visiting the Canary Islands. This 14-day itinerary will sail roundtrip out of Rotterdam in April. The Nieuw Statendam will also have four turn ports in Reykjavík in 2024. This will allow guests to spend more time in Iceland pre or post cruise.
The Zuiderdam will sail in Northern Europe and offer voyages from 14-42 days in length. The smaller ship will provide unique opportunities to exciting ports. The infamous Voyage of the Vikings returns with 35, 18, and 17 day options. The Zuiderdam will also sail in June on a 21-day Ultimate Viking Explorer and a 21-day Viking Passage to celebrate our heritage.
The Oosterdam returns in 2024 to be our primary ship in the Mediterranean. We are introducing new flexible itinerary lengths 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 14 day voyages. These flexible lengths allow for more weekend departures and arrivals for our guests. This year we will have more Athens turn ports than in previous years. If guests wish to book back to back sailings we have voyages up to 25 days in length.
Eight islands in 14 days on the beautiful Majestic Princess. We were impressed with the friendliness of the crew. Great and fun entertainment. I love game shows -mostly to watch-and they had the best venue for it in Princess Live. I want to do this fantastic itinerary again! St. Maarten, St. Kitts, Martinique, St. Lucia, Barbados, Trinidad, Aruba, Curaçao.
In March of 2024, I took a cruise aboard the Scarlet Lady, the first ship in the Virgin Voyages fleet, Here is my quick review of that cruise and ship!
