We wanted to reach out to you and to update you on some important developments that will ensure our safe travels through 2022 and beyond.
We value the wellbeing of our guests, as well as that of our crew and the communities we visit, above all else. As you well know by now, Silversea’s comprehensive, multi-layered set of science-backed protocols, which are informed and approved by the Royal Caribbean Group’s Healthy Sail Panel, help to safeguard our guests’ health and wellbeing, and allow travelers to journey deep into the world in confidence and safety.
Until now, our health and safety protocols have included a mandatory COVID-19 vaccine requirement – in line with the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s recommendations for safe international travel. All embarking guests must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and must have received their second vaccine shot (if applicable) at least two weeks prior to the voyage, in order to have developed immunity before boarding the ship.
With your clients’ health and safety at the top of mind, as well as that of our crew and the communities we visit, and in response to the ongoing COVID-related circumstances around the world, we are updating our health and safety protocols to safeguard our guests’ wellbeing.
From March 1, 2022, all eligible guests, for whom the required time has elapsed since the completion of their primary COVID-19 vaccination series, will be required to have received a COVID-19 booster.
Eight islands in 14 days on the beautiful Majestic Princess. We were impressed with the friendliness of the crew. Great and fun entertainment. I love game shows -mostly to watch-and they had the best venue for it in Princess Live. I want to do this fantastic itinerary again! St. Maarten, St. Kitts, Martinique, St. Lucia, Barbados, Trinidad, Aruba, Curaçao.
In March of 2024, I took a cruise aboard the Scarlet Lady, the first ship in the Virgin Voyages fleet, Here is my quick review of that cruise and ship!
